Her knowledge of housing structure, geology and her analysis
of a homes’ potential for development is unique in the

Candace has helped many clients develop their homes value prior
to selling, suggesting improvements that substantially increase
value to Buyers and profit to Sellers. Her experience has shown
her that small investments in a home can bring large returns.
This can entail finishing off unfinished areas, styling bland
homes into exciting ones or other types of changes that go beyond
the normal painting and staging pre-sale activities. She has
developed a specialized niche for clients who are interested
in such a service called Selling by Design. Learn
